LET’S GET STARTED!
In addition to the completed and signed application(s), here is what else is required in order to complete your application packet. Your rental agent will also need you to email them the following information:
Income Verification (2 most recent paystubs, offer letter, tax returns or proof of funds)
Copy of photo ID(s)
Proof of Enrollment (if applicable)
Financial Information (if applicable)
If applicant(s) fall below income requirements listed above, we can also consider adding a guarantor or savings. All items above pertaining to applicants will also apply to the guarantor. Please note, all guarantors must be U.S. citizens.
Once a signed application or signed guarantor form is received, a standard credit check will be done. For a unit to be considered off market, a deposit of one month's rent and a signed receipt form is required. This in combination with your completed application packet will be presented to the owner/manager for final approval.
